All content provided by Slide Sherpa, including designs, templates, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Blockseed Inc.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in individual agreements.

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.Late payments may incur a late fee and interest as specified in the agreement.

6. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Slide Sherpa SMS Alerts

Description: By opting in to Slide Sherpa SMS Alerts, you will receive messages related to your account, service updates, and promotional offers from Slide Sherpa.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode provided. Upon sending "STOP," we will send a confirmation SMS and you will no longer receive messages.
